The mission starts, and it’s time to get to know each other. We introduce you to the team handling your prospecting and send you a form designed to be completed in under an hour. This will help us gain a better understanding of your business, target audience, and your strengths and weaknesses compared to the competition. With this information, we can develop a thorough knowledge of your company and maximize our impact.
Preparation

It’s time to take action. We fully set up your prospecting tools: acquiring, configuring, and warming up email addresses. Meanwhile, we build enriched prospecting databases (company size, industry sector, LinkedIn URL, verified emails, phone numbers, etc.) and integrate them directly into your CRM. This is also the stage where we prepare the scripts for the sequences and calls.

We’re ready to go. We submit the prospecting lists, sequence content, and call scripts for your approval. We ensure everything aligns with the objectives we defined together during onboarding. Once you give us the green light, we take action!

We create a highly targeted prospect database, enriched with comprehensive information on contacts, companies, and buying signals.
Provision of the enriched prospecting database in your CRM
Enriched data (email addresses, phone numbers, etc.) is automatically transferred to your CRM.
Implementation of all necessary automations
We deploy all the required automations, including integrations between our tools and your CRM.

Sequence monitoring and call sessions
Our senior SDRs conduct phone call sessions using the prospecting database, prioritizing the “hottest” leads.

Monthly reporting
